The Friday Workshop will be held at Sew This Quilt Shop in Abita Spring, LA. The class will be Color in Quilts. You will be working with simple four patch blocks, each student will go through a variety of exercises to make stitched sample blocks. Participants will bring fabric squares from their own stash to work with in class. Experimenting with contrast, color, texture to name few, you will stitch together blocks in class which can be turned into a quilt later, or made it into a sample booklet for future reference. This class is a favorite among all quilters, from beginning to advanced, traditional to contemporary.
